2. Is this a "weight loss transformation"?
For some this is a journey. It is a life transformation. 4 weeks is a giant step in the right direction to learn the skills and gain the tools you need to make permanent change. You will most likely lose weight, but find yourself new skills and strengths along the way that will guarantee success in your future.
3. Do I have to follow a specific diet or take supplements?
We won't sell supplements that promise quick false weight loss. We won't prescribe diets that aren't balanced or that promote poor choices just to provide false hope to our clients. We will only support methods firmly backed by well-documented science. By practicing meal prep and organization techniques you will always have an abundance of healthy food to choose from. We are health professionals with advanced degrees and credentials in Nutrition. You shouldn't accept anything less than this for your wellness. Our nutrition team will provide meal plans that will help guide you in the right direction.
4. Is there long grueling exercise involved ? Do I have to come in to the gym?
Through working with our fitness professionals you can find methods of sneaking in exercise or fully immersing yourself into new workouts tailored for you. Workouts can be chosen from our online portal and done at home or at the gym; and based on whatever equipment you have available.
5. Is there anything else besides nutrition and exercise in this program?
This program is so much more than following a diet and exercise plan. By focusing on mindfulness you will reduce stress and also pay more attention to the habits that are destructive to obtaining your goals. Our online portal will keep you accountable while delivering content that is thought provoking and informative.
These skills will lay a foundation so that you will never have to look for a "transformation" again.
