One-on-One or Small Group Training

Sometimes lack of motivation stems from lack of variety.  Many times we quit a workout program because we don't quite know how to take it to the next level.  Let our personal trainers work with you one-on-one to create a workout program that is fresh and targeted.

Golf Performance Training

Do you practice your swing over and over and still have the same inconsistencies?  Our program looks at the swing/body connection, targeting your biomechanical weaknesses. Utilizing the scientific methods of Titleist Performance experts and 3-D Swing/Body Analysis, we can fix these weaknesses, help your golf game and actually make your body move better for daily activity.



Athletic Performance Training

Athletic performance is a very dynamic, often unpredictable discipline.  Athletes regardless of age are often faced with challenges through which their bodies are pushed.  Through specific training of response, agility, balance, quickness, and energy systems, the body can overcome limitations and perform better than anticipated and without injury.  Call us for a consult.  Team training available.

Monday Metabolic Mayhem

6:30 pm

Metabolic Mayhem is designed to improve movement, metabolism, and motivation!  Group Personal Training including  High Intensity, Resistance, Cardio, Bodyweight, Intervals, and Tabatas.  Throw in some fun and it's the perfect mix!  All levels welcome.


Wednesday 6:30 pm

Jump into our newest and toughest workout utilizing WaterRowers in a circuit format.  Participate in multiple levels of competition...with others and with yourself!  Ultimate Goal is the have the #BestTimeEver!

Fitness Boxing Bootcamp

Tuesday/Thursday 6:30 pm

Learn the basics from a skilled boxing training coach who will take you through this high intensity, mega-fun workout, without injury!   Please bring gloves or purchase ones at Birchwood Fitness

Super Circuit Saturday

Saturdays 9:00 am

Beat your personal best with this class based upon stations of cardio and resistance drills.  Use kettlebells, bosu trainers, suspension exercises, rip trainers, and much more.   Beginners are welcome but please call first.
